Cohen-Karni receives 2018 CMBE Young Innovators Award

Tzahi Cohen-Karni, who is an Assistant Professor in both the Department of Biomedical Engineering and Materials Science and Engineering, has received the Cellular and Molecular Biomedical Engineering (CMBE) Young Innovators Award for 2018. His submitted abstract, Graphene Microelectrode Arrays for Electrical and Opti calMeasurements of Human Stem Cell-Derived Cardiomyocytes, along with his CV was judged as part of the nomination process. Upon selection, his full-length manuscript is published as part of the 2018 CMBE Young Innovators special issue in the CMBE journal. Additionally, awardees present their research in an invited platform session at the Annual Meeting of Biomedical Engineering Society (BMES), to be held in Atlanta, Georgia, in October 2018. read more
