Marom receives 2018 IUPAP Young Scientist Prize in Computational Physics

The IUPAP C20 Commission on Computational Physics has selected MSE Professor Noa Marom to receive the 2018 IUPAP Young Scientist Prize in Computational Physics.

Professor Marom will give a lecture at the upcoming XXX IUPAP International Conference on Computational Physics CCP2018, where she will be presented with the prize, consisting of a medal, a certificate, and a financial award of 1000 Euros, at the University of California, Davis, in July.

CCP is a series of conferences held annually under the auspices of the International Union of Pure and Applied Physics (IUPAP) on the basis of endorsement by its Commission on Computational Physics (C20). The purpose of the conference series is to bring together computational scientists working in physics and closely related areas to exchange the latest developments in computational techniques and their applications.
