MSE Associate Research Professor Yoosuf Picard has been elected to serve as the Program Chair for the upcoming Microscopy and Microanalysis 2018 meeting to be held in Baltimore, Maryland. This conference is the premier annual meeting for the field of microscopy and is hosted by the Microscopy Society of America, the Microanalysis Society, and the International Metallographic Society. Over 1,000 papers are presented each year with over 3,000 attendees from across the globe.
