As a woman pursuing dual degrees, Swetha Arbuckle, MBA ’09, MS/HC ’09, found an environment at the Tepper School that empowered her to lead with both creativity and confidence. She transformed her passion for dance into a successful career and now serves as Director of Talent Experience at Amazon Entertainment.

Swetha shares how the Tepper School’s collaborative culture, focus on data-informed leadership, and support for women in business helped her navigate the corporate world and build a path uniquely her own.

The Tepper School's Partnership with the Forté Foundation

As part of a select group of schools and corporations, the Tepper School partners with the Forté Foundation, a non-profit organization working to advance women in business. The mission of the Forté Foundation is to launch women into fulfilling, significant careers through access to business education, professional development, and a community of successful women.

At the Tepper School, Tepper Women in Business (TWIB) and Allies for Gender Equity (AGE) student organizations are integral to the success of our Forté MBA Fellows and are open to all Tepper students.

Benefits of the Forté MBA Fellowship

Through the admissions process, exceptional MBA candidates are selected to receive a Tepper School-funded Forté FellowshipAny student applying for admission to the Tepper MBA program is eligible to apply for a Forté Fellowship. 

Along with the prestige of receiving this fellowship, Forté MBA Fellows gain access to exclusive Forté benefits, such as skill-building workshops, conferences, networking opportunities, job postings, and more. Students of any gender, sex, gender identity, or sexual orientation are eligible to apply for a Forté Fellowship. These identities, and any others protected by law, are not considered in the selection process.
