Zeyang Zhang is a second-year master’s student in the MS in Artificial Intelligence Engineering program at Carnegie Mellon University, with a research focus on multimodal machine learning, particularly on learning discrete cross-modal representations between video and audio. Zeyang previously earned his B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign and has worked on projects spanning retrieval-augmented generation, graph-based data analysis, and emotionally-aware AI systems.
