Bio

Jae Yeon (Jane) is a PhD candidate in Accounting at the Tepper School of Business. Her research uses information theory and entropy to analyze the structure and informativeness of accounting data. She earned a Master of Information Systems Management from Carnegie Mellon University in 2021 and both her Master of Accounting Science and Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
