Email Issues: MSN, Hotmail, or Outlook users may experience issues!
We are aware of email server issues with users with MSN, Hotmail, and Outlook email addresses. Individuals with this email type may not be receiving emails that are generated through our database system as they are being blocked by the Outlook system, which also controls MSN and Hotmail addresses.

- If you have an alternative email address that is not associated with MSN, Hotmail, or Outlook, please contact the office and we can add it to your account.
- Login to your member account and check "My Registrations" for the status of all of your courses.
- While in "My Registrations," click on the green "Action" button then "Print Confirmation" to access Zoom codes for your classes.
- Contact the office if you are missing any handouts for classes.
We are in contact with our database company to see if we can resolve the issue from our end. We hope to find a resolution soon.
