Study of the Grape: Additional space available!
The class “The Study of the Grape” by Barb and Gary Pezze has additional space available for registered students.
The class will consist of 4 sessions, Sept 11, Oct 2, Oct 9, and Oct 16th. During each session a local wine expert will present 4 or 5 example wines from around the world that feature a single grape. This is an opportunity to learn from experts on what impact terroir can have on a wine. The lineup is now firmed up as follows:
- Sept 11 - Cabernet Sauvignon, Angela Pyksoz (Sommelier Valozzi’s)
- Oct 2 - Chardonnay, Deb Mortillaro (Dreadnought Wines and Palate Partners)
- Oct 9 - Sauvignon Blanc - Jason Sicher (Barsotti Wines)
- Oct 16 - Pinot Noir - Adam Knoerzer (Sommelier, regular guest on KDKA TV)
