Introducing a Brand New SIG - Osher Fantasy Football!

Register online with ID: 4890.
Schedule will be determined after members sign up for the SIG.

NFL football starts in about 5 weeks.  If you are a football fan and are interested in joining an Osher Fantasy Football League this season, a SIG is starting up to do exactly that.  The SIG will teach you how to play fantasy football and you will manage your own fantasy football team.  We will play all 18 weeks of the regular season from September to January.

The SIG will help you with every aspect of fantasy football management – from the draft at the outset, through trading for players during the season and dealing with the inevitable injuries that will sideline some of your players.  As team manager, you will help your fantasy team of NFL players compete with other teams in the league with the goal of winning the league championship at the end of the regular NFL season.

We will meet in-person several times in August-September to prepare for the start of the NFL season and then from time to time once the season begins.

Please Note: This SIG will not permit any money wagers and is run on a non gambling website, Yahoo sports.

Requirements:  You will need to be comfortable using a computer or your phone to access the league online as we will be using a popular fantasy football website to run the league.  You must commit to spending at least 20 minutes every week managing your team.  I.e., your team has to show up every week.   However, if you really like the game you could spend hours a week managing your team to excellence.

You will learn a lot more about the 1500+ NFL football players and 32 NFL teams than you ever knew before and it will be a lot of fun no matter how well the Steelers do this year.
