You Are The Best Defense! Security Awareness Training

Last Updated: 08/12/2020

There are several methods that cyber attackers will use in order to gain access into an individual’s account or an organization’s network. Organizations have implemented technical security defenses which block unauthorized users from obtaining sensitive information. However, criminals have learned that it is much easier to bypass those controls by exploiting human vulnerabilities through various social engineering techniques.

This security awareness training reviews how cybercriminals are taking advantage of human behaviors to steal credentials, install malware, and infiltrate an organization’s network. Each person will learn the skills necessary to protect themselves, as well as our organization from cyber threats. We are all responsible for securing our university!
