Show Your Gratitude to a Trusted Colleague

Starting on November 1, you have two new ways to recognize your colleagues.

First, give thanks by showing your gratitude to a colleague for all that they do every day with the Beyond Grateful seasonal eCard in CMU=You.

Next, in the spirit of holiday food, recognize a colleague for being an important "piece" of the team. Whether they are part of a standing or special project team, hard work and significant contributions always warrant extra attention. So, show your team member what their work means to you and the team with the Important Piece seasonal eCard (available through December 20).

CMU=You has a library of eCards available year-round based on the vision, mission and values of the university. eCards appear on PipeUp! (the social recognition wall in CMU=You) so others can view or comment, joining in on the celebration of extra effort.
