Location Change: I-9 Appointments on Oct. 18

On Tuesday, October 18, Student Worker Services will offer Form I-9 appointments at an alternate location due to building maintenance at the UTDC building on Henry Street.

• Date: Tuesday, October 18
• Time: Appointments will be offered from 9 a.m.–noon and 1–4 p.m.
• Location: Cohon University Center – CPDC Interview Room Center (lower level)
• Instructions: Walk-in appointments are welcome, but appointments are preferred. Please call or email Student Worker Services to schedule an appointment:

Important Information

In order to complete your Form I-9, you must:

• Log in to Workday and complete Section 1 of the Form I-9 before you arrive to your appointment.
• Present original, unexpired copies of your employment authorization documents at your appointment. Electronic or expired documents will not be accepted.
