Bio
Jenny Chang is a Ph.D. student in Behavioral Decision Research in SDS. Broadly, she is interested in studying how one’s identity shapes their beliefs and decisions. Much of her work focuses on using behavioral insights to inform ways we can promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in professional and organizational contexts.
