Prospective Students

CEIC supports Ph.D. students whose studies are focused on studying the electricity industry. Historically, most CEIC Ph.D. students have been in one of the following four academic units.

• Tepper School of Business
• Department of Engineering and Public Policy
• Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering
• Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering

Prospective students should contact the appropriate department for information and application materials. Many CEIC Ph.D. graduates have taken positions at a variety of institutions where they continue to study and address the electricity industry's problems.
