Beginning December 29, 2014, use Workday to handle processes previously handled through HR Connection, HREM/HRIS, HR Data Warehouse and TMS. These legacy systems remain available in a read-only state. Contact the CMUWorks Service Center for assistance with Workday and processes associated with it.


Who is HRIT?

The Human Resources Information Technology (HRIT) Team manages and supports all University-wide HR and Payroll systems, including:

HRIT uses ServiceNow to manage service requests and incidents. ServiceNow is a support and management tool. Emails with our customers will be sent through ServiceNow and will include an Inquiry Number (INQ). This Inquiry Number is used for tracking and reference purposes. As always, the HRIT Help Desk asks that customers refrain from emailing us personally identifiable information, such as Social Security Numbers.
