HR Information Technology and Operations
Human Resources maintains a number of computing systems to process benefit, salary and personnel information for employees:
- HR Connection allows eligible employees to make qualified changes or applications to the following:
- Demographic information, including
- Tax Residency Address
- Veteran Status and Disability Self-Identification
- Address and Phone Number, and Emergency Contact
- Benefits
- Tuition benefits
- Supplemental Retirement Accounts (changing current levels only)
- Demographic information, including
- Human Resources Employee Module (HREM)/Human Resources Information System is used to record employee appointments and demographic information.
- Talent Management System (TMS) is the position and recruitment tool for the university.
- Position Module: manage Position Descriptions, create Job Postings
- Recruiting Module: review candidates, manage recruitment process
- Careers Module: submit applications online
- Human Resources Data Warehouse (HRDW) is a reporting tool for departments to generate standard and customized reports of their workforce.
Who is HRIT?
The Human Resources Information Technology Services Team supports these and other systems that are used internally in Human Resources and university-wide.
