Hello,   I just wanted to take a moment and express my gratitude and appreciation towards the shuttle service drivers for working through the tough situation and getting us to the campus and back on schedule. This allows me to conveniently get to campus so that I can get lunch and finish some work. I'm sure other students are also benefiting from the service during this tough time.

Sincerely, A Carnegie Mellon University Student, 19-March-2020
