Summary of the April 23rd Board Meeting
At the April 23rd meeting, received recommendations and took actions to elect new Directors to the Board and Officers for the 2026-2027 Osher fiscal year beginning July 1st.
The Osher Nominating Committee submitted and reviewed recommendations for the election of new members to the Board. The Board unanimously elected the three nominees, Robert Bukk, Jan Hawkins and Anne Semmler, as Directors to each serve a three-year term on the Board, Their election will bring the Board membership to 13. If you see Robert, Jan, and/or Anne, please congratulate them on their election and thank them for volunteering to serve.
The Board of Directors also unanimously approved the requests of the current Board Officers to each serve a one-year term in their current positions for the 2026-2027 fiscal year, in accordance with the provisions of the Osher bylaws.
