Osher Parking Mini-Lease applications now available for Spring 2026 Term! Sign up for a Mini-Lease today!
The Osher Mini-Lease will allow members to park in either the open-air Morewood Parking Lot, located directly across from Cyert Hall next to the Tepper School on Forbes Ave, or the Collaborative Innovation Center (CIC) covered parking garage located off S. Neville Street. A map is available below. Each lease provides 10 passes per Osher term. Each pass grants all-day parking access (without in-and-out privileges).
Flexibility and Convenience
There are two parking areas available for Spring 2026:
- Morewood Lot: $60.00 ($6.00 per day)
- CIC Garage: $110.00 ($11.00 per day)
If more passes are needed, a second 10-pass lease can be purchased. Each use-or-lose lease expires at the end of the Osher terms (April, August, and December). If a garage is noted closed, you can still access parking as a Mini-Lease holder.
How to Obtain a Spring 2026 Mini-Lease
Getting an Osher Mini-Lease is easy:
- Complete the Osher Mini-Lease form found both in your registration account and on the parking and transportation page of our website. (Only members and active Prospects are eligible to purchase a Mini-Lease.)
- Once completed, Osher staff will process your request and forward it to the campus Transportation Office.
- Parking Permits will be ready for pickup early January 2026. You will receive an email confirmation from the Transportation Office when your pass is ready for pickup.
- Visit the Transportation Office in the East Campus Garage to pay for and collect your lease. Parking is free in the East Campus garage for a half hour.
While the leases are tied to either the Morewood Lot or the CIC Garage, members can opt to change their parking preference in future terms.
If I had a parking pass for Fall 2025, does it automatically renew?
Unfortunately, no. Parking passes expire at the end of each term. If you would like to get a parking pass for Spring 2026, please fill in the mentioned above.
