Proposed By-Law Changes
Dear Osher Members,
The Osher Board of Directors, during their last meeting on August 24, 2023, approved changes to our bylaws. The revised bylaws will be voted on by the membership at our upcoming Annual Meeting scheduled for September 28, 2023 at 3:30 PM in the Osher Learning Center in Cyert Hall on level B.
The proposed changes are noted in red. Should you have any questions, suggestions, or concerns, please respond in writing via email to the Osher office, attention Secretary of the Board, at osher@cmu.edu by Friday September 22nd. This is important because questions, suggestions, or concerns on these changes will not be taken at the Annual Meeting.
