Ann Floresca
Executive Director for Campus Services
Ann Floresca is the Executive Director for Campus Services at Carnegie Mellon University, where she provides strategic leadership for Transportation Services, Postal Services, The University Store and Tartan Ink. She oversees a portfolio of essential services that shape the daily experience of CMU students, faculty, staff and visitors, supporting a collaborative and innovative campus environment.
In 2023, she joined Carnegie Mellon as Director of University Stores. In that role, she led campus retail operations, including a major store renovation, course materials programs, vendor partnerships and customer engagement strategies. Throughout her career, she has focused on strengthening service delivery, improving operational effectiveness and building collaborative partnerships that enhance the campus community.
Prior to CMU, her background included leadership roles in campus retail and auxiliary services at several institutions, including Union College, where she oversaw auxiliary operations and helped guide institutional continuity efforts during the COVID-19 pandemic. She has also supported more than three dozen colleges and universities across the U.S. in budgeting, consulting and store transition initiatives.
Ann holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University and a Master of Business Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management. She is a Certified Auxiliary Services Professional (CASP) and serves on three national boards within the auxiliary services profession, including as an at-large member of the National Association of College Auxiliary Services (NACAS) Board of Directors.
