Bio

Ziyad received both his B.S. and M.S. in electrical engineering from King Fahd University in Petroleum and Minerals. He is now pursuing his Ph.D. degree under Professor Tathagata Srimani's supervision with a focus on algorithms and optimization in probabilistic computing. He is also co-advised by Professor Shawn Blanton in the Advanced Chip Testing Lab (ACTL). Outside of academics, he is interested in volleyball and linguistics.
