Cesely Smith

Bio

Cesely Smith is a doctoral student in the ECE Department at Carnegie Mellon University, working with Professor Tathagata Srimani. She graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2024 from the University of Alabama in Huntsville (UAH) with a B.S. in Physics. Cesely was the recipient of the UAH Academic Excellence and Lola G. Duff and William H. Duff II Scholarships. Outside of academics, she played varsity soccer at UAH and has competed in the United Women’s Soccer Pro-Am League.
