Bio

Atharva Raut is a doctoral student in the ECE Department at Carnegie Mellon University, working under the mentorship of Professor Tathagata Srimani. He graduated with B.Tech. and M.Tech. degrees in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay in 2024, where he received the Academic Excellence Award and the Akshay Dhoke Memorial Award. His research focuses on advancing the architecture and circuit design for 3D ICs, tackling critical challenges in scaling and performance optimization. Outside of his academic work, Atharva enjoys traveling, swimming, and playing the piano.
