Virtual Dalcroze Meet-Up

The Virtual Dalcroze Meet-Up has proudly hosted 38 masterclasses, 10 short courses, and 79 meet-ups totaling over 210 hours of archived content. We have engaged more than 600 participants from over 50 countries and 6 continents. Our programming gives you the opportunity to meet master teachers from all over the world — from newly credentialed Dalcroze educators to some of our most famous veteran teachers. 

VDM participants make professional connections, form friendships, and exchange ideas with experts in instrumental and vocal performance, music education from early childhood through university level and seniors, academic research, music therapy, dance, movement, and theater. All of these great conversations are recorded in the VDM archives with more than 190 videos and almost 11,000 views since 2020.

A gift in support of VDM programming funds masterclass teaching artist fees, marketing and communications, and administrative support for our events and scholarships. By giving today, your support will help underwrite the cost of continuing the VDM mission — providing an international forum for music educators interested in the Dalcroze work, sharing best practices for diverse classrooms of all ages and abilities, and offering scholarships to anyone in need.
