Describe your current role and the most fulfilling aspects of your job.

I am managing a new digital coupon launch experience at Walmart in which customers can digitally “clip” rewards on various products throughout Walmart.com and in-store. One of the most fulfilling aspects of my job is that I use the digital rewards coupons myself and can see the impact it has on Walmart’s vision to Save Money and Live Better.

What are the top skills required for success in your role/job?

Communication, organization, and prioritization.

How has the MSPM program helped you in your career?

MSPM has helped me in understanding the skill-set necessary for a product manager. I also believe that the way in which the MSPM curriculum is set up allows students to explore their interests and take classes in what they are most passionate about.

What advice would you give to someone considering the MSPM program?

If you have a strong understanding of what product management is and are committed to pursuing a career in product management, I do not believe there is a better program to attend than MSPM.

What is your favorite memory from your time in the MSPM program?

My favorite memory is exploring the various restaurants in Pittsburgh with my classmates.
