Carnegie Mellon University

EMAIL TO ACADEMIC CONTACTS & ADVISORS

June 1, 2017

Dear Academic Contacts, Advisors & Degree Audit Users,

It is with great excitement that we announce Carnegie Mellon University has reached an agreement with Stellic Inc. for a new degree audit application. Stellic, a company founded by Carnegie Mellon alumni, will replace the current Ironsoft degree audit application for our undergraduate degree programs by April 2018. We expect to migrate all graduate degree programs by the end of summer 2018.

We are currently working on implementation steps for the software and necessary migration of our degree programs, majors, and additional majors and minors. At this time, there is no action needed on your part. Training and pilot efforts will take place during the fall semester, and so our team will reach out to you later this summer regarding our progress and next steps.

We're excited to embark on this new journey and we thank you for your continued support and patience as we move forward. Stay tuned for more information to come later this summer.

Sincerely,

John Papinchak, University Registrar
