Steering Committee
The S3 Assessment Project Steering Committee provides strategic level guidance and is charged with maintaining alignment with the university's strategic goals and objectives, prioritizing competing initiatives, championing the project, and endorsing recommendations to executive sponsors. The steering committee has representation from several key Carnegie Mellon units and departments.

Core Project Team
The Core Project Team is comprised of leaders and staff from Enrollment Services and Computing Services and is responsible for the day-to-day management of the project. The team is responsible for monitoring the progress of the project's key deliverables, facilitating communication with the Deloitte team, communicating to the campus community, and making decisions should the project begin tracking behind schedule, is over budget, or if major scope changes occur.
