S3 Project Release Update #87

The latest S3 Project release on February 7, 2019, included a number of cross-cutting new functionality and enhancements for a variety of S3 users. Some highlights include:

  • Advisors now have the ability to place and remove registration holds on their advisees in bulk
  • Departments can view and update cross-listings of their courses
  • Faculty who missed the final grade entering period can now enter grades late into S3
  • "Action Prevented" messaging was implemented
  • In SIO, students can view all of their AP scores and course information for any transfer credit received
  • On the student header in the S3 Admin Console, the "Gender" field was removed, and a "Pronouns" field was added (pronouns will be visible if a student entered them through NameCoach in SIO)
