S3 Project Release Update #74

The latest S3 Project release on December 7, 2017, introduced improvements to Student Information Online's (SIO) planned course schedule and course search functionality. A yellow banner message was added to warn students when a time conflict exists between their planned schedule and official schedule. 

Additionally, a new processing options to add transactions in bulk by Andrew ID was added to the S3.
