Bio

Hello, my name is Emaya! I'm a rising junior at the University of Pittsburgh pursuing a B.S. in Neuroscience with a minor in Chemistry and a certificate in Conceptual Foundations of Medicine. I'm currently researching the relationship between transcranial alternating current stimulation (tACS) and auditory attention. I've always been interested in looking at the neuroscience behind auditory perception, attention, and learning, and how it relates to how we perceive sound and music in our world. In my free time, I like to dance, sing, and play the marimba!
