Alana Hodson

Bio

 Alana Hodson graduated from Brandeis University with a BS in Neuroscience, Biology, and East Asian Studies, and studied age-related hearing loss and working memory under Dr. Arthur Wingfield.  She is currently a PhD student in the Cognitive Neuroscience program at CMU, where she plans to explore the relationship between executive function and auditory processing, especially in the context of compensatory strategies for understanding degraded auditory input. In her free time, Alana enjoys hiking, playing chess, and studying Japanese.
