Habit Development

Often times parents are worried about their student performing well academically and tend to focus heavily on this fact. We understand that. However, some of the greatest challenges students face are not academic but rather in personal habit formation. We find that many students struggle to manage their time, create effective study habits and find a healthy living routine. After all, we recognize that this is the first time that many will have to navigate everything from when and what to eat, how to keep track of assignments and test dates and identify what the best methods are for studying. Here are some common habits that students can find difficult to master.
