Resolved - Citrix Access Issue

An earlier reported outage involving Citrix where users were experiencing issues with connectivity campus-wide; has been resolved. This impacted all applications that are used within Citrix, including Oracle, ECM, and the FDW. An unexpected outage made MyApps and MyOTPApps (Citrix) unavailable. The outage has been resolved.
