Linking Study Abroad to Research in Global Studies

Baker Hall 154R

4:30-5:30 PM

Please join the Carnegie Mellon Global Studies program for a roundtable conversation linking experiences abroad to research in Global Studies. Three current Global Studies majors will highlight how they are making these important connections.  Stephanie Wallach, from the Undergraduate Research Office, will also be present to discuss logistical issues in undergraduate research. Global Studies faculty will attend to encourage students to begin identifying faculty advisors for future research. Global Studies students of all class years are encouraged to attend to begin making connections between their (future and previous) experiences abroad and research opportunities.

Refreshments will be provided.  Please contact Emily Half, Global Studies Academic Advisor, with any questions.
