You can use HR Connection to:

• make benefit election within 31 days of your hire
• make benefits changes at Open Enrollment or within 31 days of a qualifying life/status change
• apply for employee or child tuition benefits  **new** (learn more about tuition benefits)
  
• certify the full-time student status of a dependent child
• upload supporting documentation for your benefits request
• update demographic information, including emergency contact information.
• change your retirement contributions
• view your current benefits

To access HR Connection, you will need to authenticate using your Andrew username and password, and your HR Connection Password.  (Note: you may change your HR Connection password upon entering the system to one that will be easier for you to remember.)  You should be prepared with your dependent and benefit selection information when you enter the system (such as PCP codes if enrolling in an HMO).

When adding new dependents to your benefits coverage through HR Connection, you should have the following information available:

• Name
• Birthday
• PCP code (if enrolling in an HMO)
