- Free Guided Meditation
Mindfulness helps us become aware of what is already true in the present moment and can be developed through the practice of meditation. Join us for a guided meditation session at noon every Tuesday in the Whitfield Hall Pine Room. This 30-minute session is suitable for the beginner as well as a well-seasoned meditator looking for a guided group meditation experience. The class is guided by Kevin Henry, a trained facilitator in meditation.
