Computing Services Help Center
The Computing Services Help Center offers in-person, email and phone support to all Carnegie Mellon University students, faculty and staff.
Self-Service provides transparency into the Computing Services ServiceNow support and management tool used to track customer incidents and requests. Through Self-Service, you have the ability to create, view and update your help tickets. Email notifications sent from ServiceNow include links to the Self-Service tool and specific incident records.
