Nominate a ULS Speaker/Performer

As part of our work to enhance the shared CMU experience and form deeper connections with each other and the world outside our campus, the University Lecture Series aims to bring prominent and captivating speakers and performers from a variety of fields and backgrounds to Carnegie Mellon. As part of a renewed effort to engage students, faculty, and staff in shaping the campus conversation, the ULS instituted an annual opportunity for the campus community to suggest prominent figures to visit the campus of Carnegie Mellon University.

A committee reviews the nominations that come in from the campus community to provide recommendations on which speakers and performers should be invited to campus. The committee consists of faculty representation across the colleges and schools, staff members, and undergraduate and graduate students from Student Government and Graduate Student Assembly.
