Metro21 Executive Director Discusses Broadband with Texas Tribune

Metro21 Executive Director Karen Lightman recently discussed the federal broadband infastructure funding with the Texas Tribune, addressing the need of rural communities for guidance to avoid a repeat of funding problems.
