Traffic21 Provides Editorial for ASCE

Traffic21 Director Chris Hendrickson and Executive Director Stan Caldwell have provided their knowledge and expertise in the upcoming ASCE Journal of Transportation Engineering, Part A: Systems.

The communications editorial, "It Is Time to Recognize Communications as a Mode of Transportation," explains that communication has become a technology-disrupting form of transportation and so deserves the increased focus of transportation engineers, managers, and educators.
