Freeman Festschrift

Linton C. Freeman, founding editor of Social Networks, pioneer in the area of Social Network Analysis, and a contributor to this field whose centrality is unmatched, was honored at the twentieth annual INSNA conference in 2000 with a festschrift. Contributions to this festschrift are under peer review and if accepted will be published subsequently either in a special issue of Social Networks or in JoSS. As these articles are published, they will be listed here in this special section of JoSS (with an indication of whether they appear in Social Networks or JoSS itself). Those articles appearing in JoSS are also listed in the main table of contents of the journal.
