Program Director, Carnegie Mellon University Washington Semester Program; Managing Senior Research Associate
Emily Baddock is the Program Director of the Carnegie Mellon University Washington Semester Program as well as a Senior Research Associate at the CMU Center for International Relations and Politics. Emily graduated from CMU’s Heinz College as part of the Accelerated Public Policy and Management Masters Program (S’13). She is a graduate of CMU’s Dietrich College with a major in International Relations and Politics and a minor in French (S’12), including a semester spent in Washington, DC as part of Georgetown University’s Washington Semester Program (S’11). Previously, Emily served as a teaching assistant for a variety of graduate and undergraduate CMU courses focused on policy and international relations. She has also served as a data management consultant for the World Bank's office of good governance and completed internships with the U.S. Department of State, Grow Pittsburgh, and the American Civil Liberties Union of Pennsylvania.
