Workrooms is an immersive virtual space where you and your team can work better together, from anywhere. Meet teammates, brainstorm ideas, share presentations and get things done, whether you’re using a Meta Quest headset or joining from a 2D screen. Meet your team to work on projects, hang out, or give presentations.

Although you can use the preloaded CMU/Meta account, it is highly recommended that you set up your own Meta account. Using your own account, you'll be able to create an avatar and save your work, meeting rooms, presentations, etc.
