Notice: S3 and SIO Performance Delays

August 27, 2019 (9:00 AM): All performance delays in S3 and name display issues in SIO have been resolved. The S3 team will continue to monitor the system to ensure it performs as expected.   

August 26, 2019 (10:00 AM): The S3 team has identified the problem and resolved the performance concerns. The team is continuing to work on a resolution regarding student last names in SIO (see below)

August 26, 2019 (9:30 AM): The Student Systems Suite (S3), including Student Information Online (SIO), has been experiencing delayed performance issues, which began Friday, August 23, and continued over the weekend. The S3 team has identified the issue and is working toward a resolution.

As a first step, we recommend logging out of S3 (if you are currently logged in and working within the system) and logging back in to continue your work. 

We are also aware of an issue in SIO where some student last names are appearing twice (i.e., Andrew Carnegie Carnegie), and we are working to correct this issue, as well.
