ERM Employee Appreciation Day
On August 11th, 2023, the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team celebrated their annual staff appreciation day at at Pin's Mechanical in Pittsburgh. The event was held to recognize the hard work and personal achievements of the team members, who play a vital role in protecting the company from a variety of risks.
The day began with a welcome from the Chief Risk Officer, Melanie Lucht, who thanked the team for their dedication and commitment to their work. She also highlighted some of the team's accomplishments over the past year, including the development of new Environmental Health & Safety programs and the successful implementation of a number of risk mitigation strategies.
Following the welcome, the team members enjoyed a variety of activities, including bowling, arcade games, and pinball. They also had the opportunity to socialize and network with each other, and to learn more about their colleagues' work.
One of the highlights of the day was the annual ERMY awards ceremony, where several team members were recognized for their outstanding contributions. The awards included:

- Edison Award: John Mayhoff
- Friend of ERM Award: Mindy Peskie
- Best New Artist: Jamie Grace
The ERM Staff Appreciation Day 2023 was a great success. It was an opportunity for the team members to relax, have fun, and celebrate their accomplishments. It also served as a reminder of the importance of teamwork and collaboration in achieving the ERM team's goals.
