CEE-TP Launches Community of Practice

At the Center for Executive Education (CEE-TP), our mission is to empower global leaders to develop, implement and support policies and regulations for accessible and secure infrastructure, encourage investment and innovation, and generally meet the needs of their citizens.

To support our mission, CEE-TP has launched a Community of Practice (CoP). A community of practice (CoP) brings together people who share a common concern or interest in a topic and come together to share best practices, create new knowledge, and fulfill individual and group goals. Through strategic CoP programming, our hope is to facilitate the free exchange of ideas and experiences, promote worldwide networking, provide opportunities to hear from experts in the field, and create a valuable and meaningful place for alumni to connect with professionals who support technology policy.

CEE-TP’s CoP will offer live events including reading groups, speaker series, alumni presentations, and asynchronous programs such as discussion groups and alumni spotlights. The majority of the CoP’s programming will be reserved for alumni of our program but we will also have events open to members of the community.

We kicked off our programming on May 10, 2023, with a reading group led by CEE-TP instructor, Geoffrey Myers, who discussed Section 7.3 of his book on reserve prices and his article, A Toolkit for Spectrum Auctions published by the International Institute of Communications. If you are interested in learning more about the CoP or getting involved with CEE-TP, send us an email or follow us on Twitter and LinkedIn.

Alumni should login to Canvas or stay tuned on the alumni LinkedIn to hear about upcoming events.
