Bio

Travis Russell is head of the Cybersecurity office at Oracle Communications. As a cyber security professional and technologist, Travis has a long career in telecommunications, with expertise in cyber security and fraud.  He is an advisor to governments all over the world and serves on several advisory councils including the White House National Security Telecom Advisory Council (NSTAC) and the FCC CSRIC. He has authored several engineering books on telecommunications and holds several patents on security and networking.
