Bio

Dr. Kenneth C. Budka is Sr. Partner at Nokia Bell Labs’ next-generation technology advisory arm Bell Labs Consulting. He is a strategic advisor to mission-critical industries and governments world-wide, helping evolve their information and communications technology infrastructure to meet the challenges and opportunities of the automation of everything era.

Dr. Budka is coauthor of the book Communication Networks for Smart Grid: Making Smart Grid Real.  Ken received the Ph.D. and M.Sci. degrees in Engineering Science from Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts USA and the B.S.E.E. summa cum laude from Union College in Schenectady, New York USA.  He is a Senior Member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers and holds over 20 patents.
