Fusion Framework System

The Fusion Framework System® is a web-based application built for managing Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity (BC) Services, as well as the Enterprise Risk and Compliance Management Programs. The application is built by Fusion Risk Management, Inc., and hosted on the Force.com platform provided by Salesforce.com.

Salesforce Email Verification

The Fusion Framework is built upon the Salesforce platform. Recent security Salesforce updates may require you to validate your email address when submitting or approving a BC or DR plan.

Some users may receive an email with a verification link from Salesforce to verify their email addresses.

Please verify your email if you receive the notification; this is a valid request from Salesforce and is not spam or an error.

The email will come from the @salesforce email address with the subject line: ‘Salesforce email verification’ and the message: “For improved security, verify your email address using the link below. This link expires after 72 hours.”

Data Stewardship

The Data Steward for all data housed within Fusion is Melanie Lucht, Associate Vice President for Enterprise Risk and Chief Risk Officer. The data has been classified by the Data Steward as "Private." All Data Custodians must treat the data in accordance with this classification as defined by the Information Security Office (see link below.) All Fusion license holders are considered to be Data Custodians.
