Wireless Presenting Software

Crestron AirMedia is the wireless presentation software used in Registrar Classrooms across campus. Start by downloading AirMedia.

Present Wirelessly in a Classroom

  1. Tap the panel in the room where sharing will take place.
  2. Tap Wireless Presentation.
  3.  In your device's web browser, type the IP address that appears on the monitor in the room and press Enter.
  4. Click Start Presenting. Follow the on-screen instructions  to download (if you have not done so already) and connect to AirMedia. 

    Note: macOS and iOs users will be guided through additional connection steps for AirPlay. For macOS Tahoe users, the AirPlay icon may be under Screen Mirroring settings. 

Note: The IP Address of each room varies.

  • Select Apple > System Settings > Privacy & Security > Screen Recording to enable Crestron AirMedia.
  1. Click the + below the apps list.
  2. Navigate to the location of the Crestron AirMedia app.
  3. Select Crestron AirMedia and click Open to add it to the apps list and enable screen recording permission.
