Wireless Presenting Software
Crestron AirMedia is the wireless presentation software used in Registrar Classrooms across campus. Start by downloading AirMedia.
Present Wirelessly in a Classroom
- Tap the panel in the room where sharing will take place.
- Tap Wireless Presentation.
- In your device's web browser, type the IP address that appears on the monitor in the room and press Enter.
- Click Start Presenting. Follow the on-screen instructions to download (if you have not done so already) and connect to AirMedia.
Note: macOS and iOs users will be guided through additional connection steps for AirPlay. For macOS Tahoe users, the AirPlay icon may be under Screen Mirroring settings.
Note: The IP Address of each room varies.
macOS Troubleshooting
You are not prompted to grant access.
- Select Apple > System Settings > Privacy & Security > Screen Recording to enable Crestron AirMedia.
Crestron AirMedia does not appear in the Screen Recording apps list.
- Click the + below the apps list.
- Navigate to the location of the Crestron AirMedia app.
- Select Crestron AirMedia and click Open to add it to the apps list and enable screen recording permission.
